My early home, 1893.

Reminiscences of the Coolidge family home in Bowdoin Square, Boston, Mass., in the first half of the 19th century. The author describes in detail the physical appearance of the house interior, with a fairly complete inventory of the furnishings and decoration. She also reminisces about her childhood, the women domestics, her father Joseph Coolidge, and her sister Anna Coolidge Prince, among other family members.
